Embroidery
Embroidery is by far the most popular of most of our clients. The professional look of quality embroidery goes a long way in showing your clients and prospects the professionalism that you have in your company. We embroider on almost anything but the most popular are Polos, Dress shirts, Caps and Jackets. Read further about our embroidery process, how fabric holds the embroidery for a professional finished product.
Screen Printing
We do a ton of screen printing for many of our clients. It is by far the least expensive way to decorate a t-shirt. Screen printing is simply applying a color of ink through a screen onto the garment of choice. If it is a dark garment, white ink is applied first and dried ("flashed") before any color is applied to provide a base for the colors to lay on once applied. The ink thus lays "on top" of the shirt. Colors can be vibirant and can be closly matched to your desired colors. Read more about the screen print process and make sure and check out our Gallery. View current Screen Printing Specials.
Water Based Discharge Screen Printing
Discharge Screen Printing, like traditional screen printing, is applied using screens. The difference is it is water based and uses an activator to remove the dye in the garment and replace it with the water based ink being applied.
With the ink actually "in" the fibers of the garment... there is no ink "on top" of the shirt giving it the very popular soft feel you see on high end shirts.
The soft feel of Water Based Discharge Screen Printing is fantastic. We have many samples in our showroom for you to touch and feel and see exactly what we are talking about. We have even more information regarding this process at www.dischargetshirts.com. While there, take a look at the Gallery to see a number of the samples. Even better, stop by to see them for yourself.
Tackle Twill
Tackle twill can be used several different ways. Tackle twill, which is the applying of "twill" fabric (or some other fabric) usign embroidery, is most recognized in the sports industry. In professional sports leagues, most of the players numbers and in many cases their names have been applied using the tackle twill process.
You are not limited to using tackle twill with just sports jerseys. It is also a great solution across the front of hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants, beanies and of course jacket backs. So, let us help you design and create just the image you can be proud of using our tackle twill process.
Direct to Garment
Direct to Garment is a great alternative for a to all the above processes when you want to print an image or lots and lots of colors on a light colored garment. Unlike screen printing, Direct to Garment (DTG) prints all the colors on your shirt using water based ink. The ink is then cured during the drying process, and is adhered into the natural fibers of the shirt or garment. Since the ink must have natural fibers, we only use this process on 100% cotton garments.
Take a look at our Gallery and see a number of great images produced for clients using the DTG method. We even use this process for a number of other screen printing companies in town so they know what the image will probably look like with out having to burn all the screens first.
